with a little help from their friends ...
And that's all I have to say about that.
Your thoughts?

"I read A Whisper in Winter like I eat a bag of little Dove chocolates--slowly, savoring each bite. Each year, I read dozens of books, but it is rare that a book captures my heart in the way that this book did." --L. J. Seaborg
"I knew by the title and the forward that this was going to be a good book to read. What I didn't know is that it would open my mind and my heart and cause me to be more aware of God in my life ... He's been beside me whispering all along." --Nancy Henry

AMEN, Sister!!
I knew I could count on you for an "amen," Cora. :)
And if you look real close, you'll see the 16th man in there too.
When you purchase your own Reffing Staff it's hard to lose.
I live much closer to Pittsburg and too close to Detroit. It looked fishy up this close, too.
Don't even get me started!
That's an AMEN from me too.
Hey now!! We were proudly waving our Terrible Towels on Sunday. I will not comment any further b/c I know how it feels to have your team lose (just not THIS year!). =O)
So they were so busy waving their "Terrible" Towels that they didn't see the up close, in your face, rotten calls?
I didn't know I was speeding officer. I was waving my "Terrible" Towel.
The Terrible Towel I've seen is the one that hasn't been washed for a month and is stuffed under the kid's bed.
Derek - Let's be honest...the Steelers know plenty about rotten calls (remember the Indy game??). And even if the calls had gone other ways it wasn't a guarantee that Seattle would have capitalized on them anyway. Holding can be called on almost every single play made in the NFL, you can question whether Ben got in the end zone...but only a very small piece of the ball has to break the plane. And let's all be honest....if it were the other way around I HIGHLY doubt you would be complaining. I have never seen a football game (or basketball, baseball, etc.) where someone wasn't complaining about the refs. They are human and do make mistakes. It was quite obvious that God wanted the Steelers to win. ;O)
nice blog. thanks
yep..that would be the rest of the team
Hey, Mandi, if you really want to be honest. . .if you keep the touchdown the Hawks made in the first quarter that was taken from them on one of the most bogus calls in the game, and take away the touchdown the Steelers never got because Ben kept the ball hidden in his stomach and it never broke the line, then the Seahawks won the game!! Deservedly so. And in my world, they did. The Steelers should not be celebrating the way they are knowing they really lost.
Sorry, Shannon, couldn't resist!
Excuse me, the STEELERS won fair and square. The Seehocks weren't really playing good football, can't you see?
