i love you more than ...
We've all played the "I love you more than ..." game with our children. My friend's take on that game will make you smile -- and hopefully, think. Please take a minute and go visit Fran at looking up.

"This book still whispers to me. It follows me and lingers like a fragrance ... a sweet, holy haunting." --Nancy Anderson
"I read A Whisper in Winter like I eat a bag of little Dove chocolates--slowly, savoring each bite. Each year, I read dozens of books, but it is rare that a book captures my heart in the way that this book did." --L. J. Seaborg
"I knew by the title and the forward that this was going to be a good book to read. What I didn't know is that it would open my mind and my heart and cause me to be more aware of God in my life ... He's been beside me whispering all along." --Nancy Henry

Yay!! I can comment here again. Thanks for switching back. I went to see FRAN. She has her comments set for bloggers only. So hopefully she will look here and see my praise. Fantastic post Fran. Ill have to play that game with my 3 and see what they come up with.
Easywriter, she made my day too. What a great perspective.
Hi again, Susan! Yes ... you are worth switching back for. :)
Morning, Joe :)
Fran's blogs are so easy to relate to but have such profound truths in them. "I love you more than..." is no exception. We have a similar game which I commented on in her blog. Fran is definitely blossoming in her writing.

I stumbled upon your blog while randomly clicking through the blogiverse. Great posts, great writing from a lovely sister. Thanks for sharing.
That was great!
That has got to be the stupidest game ever!

Ask Morris
Morris aside ;), I wanted to thank all of you for your kind comments. You are very gracious!
Don't give Morris another thought, Fran. His mother raised him on snuff, Mad Dog and poker.
Wow, how beautiful things can be in this sometimes unpleasant world. It made me smile. Thank you!
Great game to play Fran, I will try it with my niece and nephew, but I think they might be too far into teenager to play along. I will try!
Shannon, you made me laugh so hard with your snuff, Mad Dog and poker comment. I started coughing and they people at work started questioning me. (coughing because of a cold)
I don't know what's wrong with a little snuff MD and poker that is what I was raised on!! (Boone's actually)
Oh, I meant THEN people at work, not THEY people :)
